How long will it take to build my steel building?
- The time it takes to build a steel building depends on several factors, including the size and shape of the building, the extent of ground preparation needed, and the time it takes to obtain the necessary permits. Among these factors, obtaining permits often takes the most time, as this process varies significantly depending on the local regulations and the specific requirements of the project. However, we aim to be transparent and communicate all timelines to the best of our ability.
Do you use contractors?
- All of our work is performed by our in-house crews, including dirtwork and ground preparation, concrete work, steel erection, and window and door installation
Do I need to file permits with the city or county?
- All permits are filed by us.
