We contacted Sentry Builders for our RV garage last November. We quickly received a quote and signed on the dotted line. It was a turn key building. They handled obtaining the permit and scheduling inspections. Their contract detailed when things would happen and when payments/draws would be due. Communication was awesome through every step of the process. Their employees were always there when they were supposed to be and were polite and professional. The building is done and it’s just perfect. Don’t hesitate to have Sentry build your steel building!

Sentry Builders provides a well-priced, quality building, with the fine details a first-time buyer wouldn't think of or know to ask for. Sentry provides copious building design, planning and project management from start to finish. I had multiple other quotes with no-where close to the budget ($80K less) and per item cost estimate detail. Very easy and accommodating crew to work with from material delivery, land prep, concrete pour, building erection, to final inspection. They provide as complete of turn-key building operation as you can get. Even with their shop being in San Tan Valley and my shop build located in Flagstaff Arizona. They were very accommodating of schedule adjustments from the other trades involved and provided work-arounds in each case. There were no big up-front down payments. All mile stone payments were very appropriate for the stage of work being done. Even as building material prices started to soar after signing my contract, and locking in my price, Sentry never once hinted at wanting to make any cost increase adjustments to the original quote price. Now THAT is a reputable and honest company to work with! Thank you Sentry Builders (Chet, Chris, Dallas, Denver, Dale and the entire Sentry crew) for building me such a beautiful, quality 6,000 sq ft steel building and making it such an awesome and learning experience.

A few years ago, I contacted Chet to build a 36x48x11' with 4/12 pitch, 2' eaves in a residential area in Scottsdale. Chet and Dallas was great in the planning and recommendations to meet my needs and couldn't be happier with the finished product. He also worked with me to lock the cost of steel, insulation and doors, during Covid and we store the material on-site or with Sentry as the build was 13 months out. Having the complete team from grading/platform, concrete and building erection within his company made it seamless. Dallas and his team made it a fun experience for us and especially my 5 yo son. I took Chet's idea for the internal finishing of the walls to protect the insulation and a clean electrical mounting that gave it a nice, finished look. They are a turn-key solution taking care of everything from planning, permits and sign-off Thanks Chet and Team.

The final product was beyond my expectations, and under budget. That wasn’t enough, Sentry went above and beyond with a few extra things around my property they were not entitled to do. I can’t say enough about my good experience. I’m glad their competitors were slow at getting back with me when I was shopping around. Sentry recently finished a 35x40' building for us. They are very detail oriented and well organized. The building turned out just as expected, would recommend them.

We contracted with Sentry Builders to construct a 30x50 outbuilding for our small farm operation. We've had issues with construction contractors in the past and based on the reviews we read online decided to go with them. They are very up front with all costs involved and the timeframes needed to have them build your structure. They're VERY busy and as such took several months from the contract signing date to completion of the building (that's total time, the actual build time was less than 3 weeks), but they were on point with everything and stayed in constant contact with us through the process. If you're looking for an honest company that will give you a truly turn key metal building you need look no further.

What can I say. My project (an RV garage and workshop) was actually fun working with Sentry Builders. No hidden costs, the crews were really professional and they knew their business. My property was always treated as if it was their own and everyone was considerate of myself and my neighbors. The garage turned out even better then I expected. This is no aluminum little pole metal garage, this is big red iron. I highly recommend Sentry Builders and will use them again for my next project. You would definitely be missing out if you don't have Chet or Denver come out and give you an estimate on your project.

I can't say enough good thigs about Sentry builders. They are very professional in their work. Chet, Denver and Dallas all expect high quality work and they are there to make sure that's what you get. I researched turn key shop/garage builders for a couple of months and I am very happy with my decision to use Sentry Builders. The only negative thing I can think of is how long it takes for them to start. They have a very long line of people waiting for their build. Once they start it is fast and professional. Sentry will give you a completion date in their contract and will hold to it. If you can't wait about six months then you may want to use someone else. They do not change the order of the waiting line. Sentry will tell you this up front. If you want the best turn key builder around you need to wait your turn or use someone else.

Chet and his crew constructed a 40x60 building for me. The entire experience was a perfect operation. Communication was efficient, schedules were met, installation was the highest professional quality, promises were kept, and all materials used were the highest quality. I contacted Sentry builders about putting up a Steel building. Chet from Sentry had plans, schedule and a cost spreadsheet for me within 2 days. I researched their Contractors license and BBB rating and everything was up to par. These guys did a great job for us, They have their own concrete crew and their own erection crew. My building was completed on budget and within schedule even with a couple of Monsoon rain storms to work around! My building is water tight and was done right the first time. We are completely satisfied with the work Sentry Builders did for us and recommend them to anyone that asks.

I'm happy to tell everyone about my new shop that Sentry Builders built for me. Sentry Builders did a fantastic job. I spent a lot of years in the construction industry and I have to say that Chet Wilkins and the Sentry crews are positively the exception to the norm. Their concrete work is flawless, dead flat and finished to perfection. When it was time to erect the structure they hit the ground running and didn't let up. There was no cussing, smoking, complaining, nasty tempers or loud obnoxious music and the job site was kept clean start to finish. Everyone of them worked vigorously and efficiently. I found this company on the website and YouTube and liked the information provided. As I looked more and more into this company, I liked it more and more, but noticed their work was done in Arizona and I need a shop built in North Idaho. I decided to email a question, asking if it was feasible, or not to have them build in North Idaho, which I assumed the answer would be no, so I also asked if not, could they recommend somebody through their experience and networks in the North Idaho, Eastern Washington area with the same standards as Sentry Builders. I expected maybe I would get a reply and it would be something like check with a steel builders association, or something vague. What actually happened, shows the integrity and dedication to customer service. Even to those it is geographically impossible for me to be their customer. Chet from Sentry Builders went out of his way to research and interview a builder out of the area I needed, making sure he was recommending a company that shared his companies values. Chet did this the same day I sent my email and by the afternoon of the same day the company that Chet vetted for me, called me and it was clear they shared the same values after over an hour long phone conversation. During that call, Chet even called me and left a message on my voicemail to follow up with me, giving me the company name and contact information. The person I spoke with from the company Chet recommend to me, even told me Chet was "interviewing" him over the phone. I was so impressed with Chet's professionalism, character and desire to make sure I was being handed off to a reputable company that I called Sentry Builders the next business day to thank him. He was busy, but I left a message with his voice mail, and he called me right back. Talk about "above and beyond" customer service, especially in today's world! We contracted Sentry builders to erect an insulated 30’ x 40’ x 12’ steel building with a 3/12 pitch roof, 12’ x 12’ garage door, one walk door, one window, three light panels, gutters and a thickened concrete slab the accommodate a vehicle lift. After signing the contract, the plans were submitted to the steel company and took 3 months to get back to us for review before production. All went very well and smoothly. We were told from the very beginning, by Denver, about how the timeline would go and they gave us an estimated date of completion. We opted to complete our own building permit, drainage and grading survey, as we had already begun this before we contracted Sentry Builders. They do provide this service for their clients. Once the permits were in hand and building plans approved, things moved right along. Everything was communicated to us in advance during each step: pad material and construction, foundation excavation and inspection, concrete pour for foundation and slab, steel delivery. It was painless to communicate with Chet and Dallas during construction. They made every effort to insure we were happy and provide a quality product. The erection crew had the building up in four days, and the day after that, the garage door was installed, all timed perfectly. The crew also performed the final grading for the final building inspection. All the employees are employed by Sentry Builders. There are no sub-contractors used for any part. They were all respectful, accommodating and clean. The only evidence they were ever here is the new standing building. They completed everything one month ahead of schedule. If everyone had the work ethics of Sentry Builders' employees, there would never be an upset customer! Thank you!

Sentry Builders built my neighbors steel bldg. I was so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship I ordered my own. This company is in such demand they are about 6 months out. It was definitely worth the wait. Customer service is outstanding. Every step of the way. Chet, the owner always returns your calls if you have any questions. Denver, is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the location of your bldg on your property. Dallas is never too busy to answer any question or concern. His construction crew is professional and skilled. If you are considering a steel bldg, I would highly recommend this outfit and you really need to check out the videos on their web site. There is even a good "how to" video for saving money on your interior walls after your building is built. Jack, the guy that did the garage doors is great. The doors he installed on my building run smother and are quieter than the garage doors on the house. One more thing, these guys are "Perfectionist". If the customer isn't happy they make it right.

2 years ago in January, I had Sentry quote me a building, I was ready to accept when Chet told me I wouldn't be in it until that Thanksgiving. I thought that was too long to wait so I went looking for another builder. I couldn't find one with the positive reviews that pictures of buildings that Sentry had. I went back the Sentry this past January and accepted the new quote. I just started moving into it and it turned out great. It seems like a long wait but it was very well worth it.

Sentry Steel just finished a 31x40 garage. They are detail oriented. They took care of all facets of construction including permits and leveling. They made additional recommendations which added to the solid construction. The quality is second to none. If I could give additional stars I would. All my neighbors now want one.

These guys did a great job on my steel building and I would highly recommend them for your project. Every one of their crews (Dale and Elliot doing the excavation, Heber and his crew doing the concrete, Dallas and his guys erecting the steel structure, and Jack installing the garage doors) and, of course, Chet were very professional and did excellent work. The end product is much higher quality than the typical Home Depot steel building at only slightly more cost.

I recently completed a project with Sentry and could not be happier. They constructed a 30x40 foot steel building on my property and it was done to my complete satisfaction. They were very accommodating and helped advise me in the preparation of my site, and their teams came out on time and did not waste any time in constructing the building. Great dirt work, concrete work and steel erection. All questions answered, issues addressed, and the team was professional and respectful. Very competitive pricing as well. I liked that they handled the permits from the county, and when I discovered a slight error in the site plan they addressed it and got the permit adjusted. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any project large or small. While working my project they were also doing a very large warehouse in town and very easily could have pushed my project off - but they did not and leveraged downtime to keep both projects going. They also picked up and delivered some additional steel pieces that I ordered from the building manufacturer for me and brought them to my site. They cleaned up completely when done. End result is a beautiful building that is the envy of the neighborhood and all my car-guy buddies! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
