Pre Engineered Steel Buildings Florence, AZ

This picture shows one of the pre-engineered steel buildings in Florence Arizona that Sentry Builders has erected. This is a 24 x 30ft rigid framed building with a red iron frame on the inside. The sheeting on the outside is 26 gauge PBR paneling.

This is a turn-key metal building project, meaning that everything involving the building, including the reinforced concrete foundation, the insulation, and the overhead and walkthrough doors.

For this project, the owner chose to use an overhead door similar to the garage doors found in most residential homes. The benefit is that this type of door insulates much better than a standard roll up door.

The building has 3" fiberglass insulation on the walls and 4" on the ceiling. The best option for building insulation in a place like central Arizona includes a radiant barrier on the inside. This really helps to reduce the heat inside of the building. In fact, on a sunny day in July with 3 digit temperatures , you could walk inside the building, put you hand on that insulation and not feel the heat from the steel paneling on the exterior of the building. That's a big deal for anyone around the Phoenix valley!

At Sentry Builders, we feel that this is the greatest value for our customers, having one contractor that specializes in all facets of metal building construction. Not only does this ensure a more efficient construction process, saving you time and money, it means that all of the crews work together and have a vested interest of the project as a whole, providing you the highest quality metal building available.
